These projects strictly comply with building density regulations and utilize international-standard waste and wastewater treatment systems.
We are committed to corporate governance based on the principle of transparency, which serves as the foundation for our actions to create sustainable value. 1. Sponsoring and accompanying the development ò meaningful and valuable educational programs for the community
CNCTech continues to uphold its guiding principle that “education is the foundation of sustainable development,” focusing on activities that enhance student capacity and create environments for acquiring new skills. A standout highlight is the “Key to the Future” project, which prioritizes English proficiency and experiential learning. Throughout the year, the program recorded 709 study hours and 285 students, thereby expanding access to knowledge, fostering a global integration mindset, and encouraging proactive learning.
Furthermore, CNCTech actively partners with academic platforms and supports school club activities. Notable initiatives include the “CNCTECH KITE 2025” Startup Idea Competition at Vinh Phuc High School for the Gifted; the AI and Automation in Mechanical Manufacturing Competition at the School of Mechanical Engineering - Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST); supporting the ARES 2 Robotics team from the Science Club at Vinh Phuc High School for the Gifted; and awarding 10 scholarships to HUST students. The company also contributes to upgrading learning conditions through equipment and facility improvements, aiming to create a cumulative, lasting impact rather than providing one-time assistance.
2. Disaster Relief and Post-Storm Recovery
2025 marked a significant year for CNCTech’s community outreach in response to natural disasters. Operating on the principle of "Timely – Targeted – Essential," the Group implemented various donation and recovery programs, coordinating closely with local authorities and receiving units to ensure maximum efficiency and transparency.
A highlight of these efforts was the 1.3 billion VND donation for victims of Storm No. 3, alongside hands-on recovery activities in the most heavily affected regions. CNCTech’s approach focuses on rapid restoration, helping communities stabilize their lives and gradually resume schooling and essential daily activities.
3.Connecting a happy community
Alongside disaster relief, CNCTech maintains its long-standing annual social welfare programs. These include distributing Tet gifts and providing support for the elderly and those in disadvantaged circumstances. By collaborating with local authorities and labor unions, we ensure that aid reaches the right beneficiaries. Most notably, CNCTech donated a road infrastructure project valued at 15 billion VND, significantly improving local connectivity and the quality of life for the community.
At CNCTech, people are the foundation of sustainable development.
1. Continuously improve compensation and benefits policies
CNCTech builds compensation policies based on the principles of fairness, transparency, and competitiveness, where income is directly linked to performance under the 'Work more, Earn more' principle. Beyond base salary, KPI bonuses, and full statutory insurance (social, health, and unemployment), CNCers enjoy extended benefits for themselves and their families, as well as an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) for individuals with outstanding contributions.
2. Taking care of physical and mental health
Annually, CNCTech organizes a wide range of in-person and virtual cultural events—such as Spring excursions, International Women’s Day, Children’s Day, Vietnamese Family Day, Vietnamese Women’s Day, and the Group's founding day (Oct 29th). Alongside these are sports tournaments and complimentary yoga and dance classes designed to promote relaxation and employee bonding. Furthermore, our offices and factories are thoughtfully invested with modern amenities, lush greenery, and dedicated rest areas, fostering a contemporary and well-balanced work environment for all staff.
3. Promoting and increasing the number of learning hours for employees
CNCTech regards continuous learning as the cornerstone of sustainable development, investing heavily in workforce empowerment. In 2024, the Group delivered over 4,556 learning hours to 516 employees, including diverse forms such as direct learning, online learning and studying abroad. Key initiatives include specialized technical training in Japan to bolster international competitiveness, MiniMBA courses for management, and the "Technical Excellence" competition. By blending internal coaching with global exposure, CNCTech fosters a culture of expertise and lifelong growth.
4. Encourage the spirit of innovation
At CNCTech, the spirit of innovation is nurtured and encouraged in every daily activity. The spirit of improvement – cost-down – Kaizen is implemented throughout the Group, alongside strategic R&D investments in new products and technological solutions. The Innovation Center serves as the nucleus for incubating ideas, driving the application of new technologies and creating breakthroughs that set CNCTech apart in the market.
CNCTech understands that environmental protection is one of the necessary measures that must be taken to help ensure sustainable development for the company in particular and society in general.
Implement energy-saving solutions
Every month, we strictly monitor our power usage and drive continuous improvements to eliminate energy waste. CNCTech has already installed 3 hectares of rooftop solar, feeding clean energy back into the national grid.
Our goal is to build green, smart industrial zones with a 300 MW solar capacity target by 2030. By integrating circular water treatment, lush landscapes, and smart energy management, we strive to attract high-tech investment and lead the way in carbon reduction.
