Dr. Nguyen Trung Kien has 20 years of experience in the technology field, from research and development to production, working and taking on management positions in leading corporations in Vietnam such as VNPT, VINGROUP.

With prestige in the industrial technology industry of Vietnam and international relationships, at CNCTech Group, Mr. Kien plays a role in building and developing cooperative relationships with domestic and international strategic partners. In addition, Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien is currently the General Director of Pavana Company, a prestigious ODM - research, development and production of security cameras in Vietnam.

Dr. Anh-Tuan Mai has built his technical foundation across nearly 18 years at Hanoi University of Science and Technology, where he led the Department of Microfabrication Technology and Sensors, covering electronic materials, cleanroom processes, and IC packaging. He subsequently directed the Microfabrication Laboratory and High-Tech Product Pilot Plant at Hoa Lac High-Tech Park, working closely with deep-tech spinoffs navigating the path from lab to market.

He has consulted for the Vietnam Industrial Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade), supporting domestic manufacturers in electronics, mechanical engineering, and global supply chain integration. He has also advised the National Innovation Center and the Ministry of Finance on semiconductor development strategy in Vietnam. His strong relationships with leading technical universities across Vietnam form a natural bridge for CNC Nexora's R&D partnerships, talent pipeline, and shared lab network.

Mr. Dang Thanh Nhan is a Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in precision manufacturing, including semiconductor equipment, sheet metal forming, machine frame fabrication and metal surface treatment.

Prior to founding his company, he spent more than 11 years working in high-tech environments such as Nidec Tosok Corp., Tokyo Electron Ltd., gaining strong expertise in engineering, quality systems, and advanced manufacturing standards.

As Cofounder & CEO, he leads the development of an integrated manufacturing platform specializing in sheet metal, precision machining, and structural assemblies. His focus is on building capabilities that meet global standards while supporting customers in high-tech industries such as semiconductor and industrial automation.

With deep technical knowledge and a strong business mindset, he drives operational excellence, international market expansion (Japan & U.S.), and continuous improvement across production, quality, and supply chain.

Nguyen Huu Long is a founding member of CNCTech Group and currently serves as Project Director, leading the company’s Research & Development (R&D) activities.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology and has extensive experience in CAM technology and industrial manufacturing. His expertise includes engineering design, CNC programming, AutoCAD, and technical project management.

As a key contributor since the early days of CNCTech, he has played an important role in building the company’s technological foundation and manufacturing capabilities. He continues to drive innovation and R&D development, enhancing CNCTech’s competitiveness and supporting its deeper integration into global supply chains.

Mr. Andreas Eberle is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience as a supplier development specialist and purchasing manager in the global automotive and supplier industries. He previously worked at Brose Fahrzeugteile GmbH & Co. KG in Bamberg, Germany.

He is currently active as a senior expert, through which he has had the opportunity to collaborate with and gain insight into CNCTech. He has expressed strong appreciation for the company’s technical expertise, advanced machinery, well-structured processes, high quality standards, as well as the discipline and strong team spirit of its workforce. He also highly values the company’s socially responsible leadership and solid financial foundation.

Mr. Eberle is honored to represent CNCTech in the European market. In this role, he focuses on identifying and connecting with potential customers, while providing technical, commercial, and intercultural support to build and develop long-term business relationships.

Mr. Hoang Huu Chung is a seasoned expert in precision machining and oil & gas equipment manufacturing, with over a decade of leadership experience in globally standardized industrial environments.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nha Trang University and a Master’s degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Science and Technology. From 2008 to 2018, he served as Factory Director at Weatherford Vietnam (VSIP II), where he led manufacturing operations in alignment with international oil & gas standards.

Since 2018, as Co-founder and General Director of Vinam Oil Tools, he has been instrumental in building the company’s core capabilities and positioning it as a reliable manufacturing partner in the oil & gas sector.

He plays a pivotal role in driving strategic partnerships with global oil & gas companies, leading Vinam’s integration into international supply chains. His leadership is defined by a strong commitment to quality, reliability, and long-term value creation, with a vision to elevate Vietnam’s manufacturing capabilities in the global energy industry.

Mr. Vo Hong Ha is a Radio Engineering specialist, graduated from the Military Technical Academy, and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. With more than 29 years of experience in the telecommunications, electronics, and information technology industries, he possesses extensive expertise in engineering, management, and the implementation of large-scale technology systems and projects.

Throughout his career, he spent nearly 8 years as a Researcher at the Postal Telecommunications Institute of Technology Research Center, one of the leading research institutes in Vietnam’s telecommunications sector at that time.

Over more than 20 years at VINECO Telecommunications Systems Joint Stock Company, Mr. Ha has held several key positions, starting as Commercial Department Manager before being appointed Deputy General Director in 2017 and General Director in 2022. Through a career closely associated with manufacturing, business operations, and ICT project implementation, he has developed comprehensive experience spanning engineering, business development, executive management, and strategic business direction.

Currently, as General Director, he leads the company across two core business areas:
(i) Manufacturing, processing, and assembly of electronics, telecommunications, and information technology products;
(ii) Research and development of technologies and digital solutions, new product manufacturing, and implementation of telecommunications and electronics projects.

The company is committed to providing integrated solutions that combine manufacturing capability with technology integration to meet the increasingly sophisticated demands of the market.

Under his leadership and the company’s accumulated capabilities, VINECO has successfully implemented numerous large-scale projects nationwide, including:
• Deployment of NEAX 61 Sigma switching systems for 17 provincial and municipal telecommunications operators, with a total capacity of up to 3.5 million subscribers, accounting for approximately 27% market share;
• Supply of more than 1,800 PASOLINK microwave transmission systems for major Vietnamese telecom operators such as Vinaphone, MobiFone, Viettel, and Vietnamobile;
• Implementation of dozens of Intelligent Operations Centers (IOC) and more than 1,200 digital broadcasting systems across provinces and cities in Vietnam, contributing significantly to digital transformation initiatives nationwide.

With a combination of technical expertise and management capability, Mr. Ha is steering the company toward strengthening its high-quality manufacturing and processing capabilities while simultaneously accelerating research, development, and deployment of digital technology solutions, gradually expanding into broader markets and participating more deeply in the global technology value chain.

Mr. Le Nguyen Phat Hung graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1995. He possesses a strong technical foundation and extensive experience in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and business management. With deep expertise in engineering, production operations, and market trends, he has successfully led the company toward stable growth, gradually establishing its position in both domestic and international markets.

Under his leadership, the company has focused on developing high-quality mechanical products for both local and export markets. He consistently emphasizes investment in technology, enhancement of production capabilities, improvement of management processes, and the development of a professional workforce to better meet the increasing demands of customers and partners.

With a decisive, practical, and results-oriented leadership style, he regards product quality, brand reputation, and sustainable development as the core values of the company. At the same time, he firmly believes that people are the most important foundation for long-term success.

Mr. Diep Bao Vinh is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ASV Industry, established in 2007 with a strong commitment to contributing to the development of Vietnam’s mechanical and industrial sectors.

Under his leadership, ASV Industry has grown as a provider of industrial solutions and equipment, particularly in mechanical engineering and manufacturing, steadily building capabilities to serve both domestic and international clients.

He envisions developing ASV Industry into a leading industrial ecosystem in Vietnam, with strong connectivity and the ability to expand globally. With a long-term strategic mindset, he is focused on driving the company beyond the domestic market and enabling deeper integration into global industrial supply chains.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Thanh is an expert in sheet metal fabrication with over 18 years of experience in industrial manufacturing. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing) from Hanoi University of Science and Technology and has built a solid foundation through key roles at Viet Duc Steel Pipe, Toyota Boshoku Hanoi, and Vinasanwa—environments known for their high technical and operational standards.

With extensive hands-on experience in production, Mr. Thanh possesses a deep understanding of both fabrication technologies and real-world factory operations. He focuses not only on process optimization but also on system standardization, ensuring stability and repeatability in manufacturing—critical factors in meeting the demands of international customers.

At SMCTech, he plays a key role in advancing sheet metal manufacturing capabilities toward higher precision, efficiency, and sustainability. With a continuous improvement mindset and a data-driven approach, he drives quality enhancement, defect reduction, and operational excellence across production.

He believes that: “Great manufacturing is not only about doing things right, but doing them consistently, repeatably, and at scale.”

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung is a seasoned expert in mold making and plastic injection molding, with over 20 years of experience in the industrial manufacturing sector. He graduated from Hanoi University of Mining and Geology and spent more than a decade at Muto Hanoi (2005–2018), followed by his role as Head of Mold Department at Molex Vietnam (2018–2021). He joined CNCTech Thăng Long in 2022 and currently serves as Vice General Director.

Having grown within Japanese enterprises and global corporations, and starting his career from a strong technical foundation, Mr. Trung is a leader who has truly “risen from the shop floor.” He possesses a deep understanding of every stage of production, from detailed mold components to the real-world pressures of manufacturing operations. This journey has shaped his leadership style—practical, disciplined, and driven by continuous improvement.

Under his leadership, the mold and plastic injection division has not only maintained steady growth but also continuously elevated its standards to meet the increasingly demanding requirements of international customers.

He believes that: “A strong system builds strong people, and strong people create outstanding products.”

More than 15 years ago, Mr. Ta Anh Tuan began his journey at CNCTech as an engineer, joining the company in its early days at the Bình Dương factory.

Not only accompanying the company, he has grown alongside it — taking on key roles over time, becoming Technical Director of CNCTech Group before assuming the position of CEO of CNCTech Sài Gòn.

Throughout this journey, he has remained committed to his core philosophy:

Today, he is leading CNCTech Sài Gòn in expanding its manufacturing capabilities, focusing on high-standard industries such as Aerospace, Medical Devices, and Semiconductors — continuing the journey of bringing CNCTech deeper into the global supply chain.

His story stands as a testament to perseverance, loyalty, and the value of growing together with an organization over time.
