Ms. Le Thi Van holds a Bachelor of Law degree with extensive experience in legal and investment management. Prior to joining CNCTech Group, she held key positions such as Legal Specialist and Head of Investment and Corporate Management at reputable law firms. Since May 2025, she has been appointed as a Member of the Group's Supervisory Board. With her sharp legal acumen and commitment to the rule of law, she plays a vital role in overseeing compliance and ensuring transparency in all of the company's operations.

Ms. Ngan Giang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, majoring in Auditing from the Academy of Finance. With a solid professional background, she has years of experience at Ernst & Young Vietnam (EY) – one of the world's leading auditing firms – where she was directly in charge of auditing for various clients, including listed companies, FDI enterprises, and state-owned enterprises. Currently, she is responsible for business administration and operational control at an investment entity, playing a vital role in the oversight process, ensuring transparency and optimizing corporate governance efficiency.

Working alongside the company's leadership team, he consistently prioritizes the development of human resources, providing opportunities and important positions for young successors, ensuring the long-term growth of the group, and expanding the network of relationships with partners and clients in the industrial infrastructure and logistics sector.

Besides his responsibilities in the group's legal affairs, he has held important positions such as: Deputy General Director, Board Member of CNC Holdings Vietnam, Deputy Executive Director of SkyLight Vietnam, Board Member of Vineco (2018 – 2022); General Director of CNCTech Group, Deputy General Director of ARTS Group jsc (2022 – 2024); Deputy General Director, Board Member of CNCTech Group, Chairman of the Board of CNCTech Thang Long, Board Member of CNCTech Global, General Director of CNCTech Ha Nam, General Director of Bac Giang International Logistics (2024 – present).

With his understanding, dedication, and joy in serving, he and the Executive Board are always ready to embrace and implement the Board's strategies, complete M&A transactions, accelerate the progress of investment projects, bring them into operation early, maximize economic efficiency, and contribute to the overall development of the group

She presides over the establishment and training of functional departments including: Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications and CNCTech Group Innovation Center. In 2024, start building and developing CNCers culture to create a proactive, friendly and happy working environment.

Strategic planning, linking member companies and strategic partners to complete the development of an integrated manufacturing ecosystem. Identify target strategic markets for products and services while developing a global business network located in the US, Europe and Japan.

Digitize the production management system, accurately measure labor productivity for 100% of job positions in the production sector. Build a set of KPI indicators and a transparent reward mechanism to create a proactive, flexible, fair and creative working environment. Consistent in improving productivity, quality and creating a difference in the management system by cost, quality and progress.

She has more than 14 years of experience working in the banking services business at prestigious organizations such as VIB Bank, VP Bank and Maritime Bank. She has held many important positions, from expert to senior director, in charge of international payments, trade finance and transaction banking. From April 2023, she joined CNCTech Group as Senior Assistant to the President and Deputy General Director in charge of Sales and Marketing. With solid professional capacity and excellent customer service mindset, she has quickly contributed to the development of the group, especially in the field of business and marketing of industrial service solutions such as: building a team, professional sales channels, complete solutions for investors, attracting international investment promotion, developing CRM systems, expanding international sales channels through Digital marketing, building a network of relationships with domestic and international organizations and service providers...

One of the 7 founding members of CNCTech. He is a Marketing specialist with nearly 20 years of experience in building brand strategies, campaign management and market development. He has expertise in market analysis, communication strategy planning and business operation optimization.

In 2024, he rejoined CNCTech as Director of CNCTech Innovation Center, focusing on improving operational efficiency through the application of AI technology and developing environmental protection solutions, the center researches and deploys innovation initiatives, promotes breakthrough technology to increase value and towards sustainable development.

Experience: Nearly 10 years in the field of business administration and communications

Joining CNCTech since 2015, she participated in the establishment of new activities, the executive board of a number of CNCTech member companies in provinces and cities in Vietnam. During nearly 10 years working at CNCTech, she has participated in implementing many new projects and activities in production, business as well as communications, demonstrating flexibility, quick adaptation and willingness to take on challenges in different roles.
