New employee training

100% of newly recruited employees of CNCTech are involved in orientation courses in order to familiarize them with the job and teach them CNCTech's core values.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
The CNCTech compensation structure consists of 4 categories:
  • Salary: Basic salary (12 months).
  • 13th-month bonus depending on the group's business performance.
  • Allowances: for certain positions to support work, including travel allowance, mobile phone allowance, and additional duties.
  • Bonuses based on business performance and project/work achievements.
  • Social benefits: Social insurance/health insurance/unemployment insurance…

CNCTech's health care policy is specially designed to ensure that employees maintain optimal physical health to promote their creativity and work efficiency:
