Tool materials: P20, HPM7, PAC500, FDAC, SS420, NAK80, Nimax, SKD61, S-Star, Stavax, Beryllium Copper, W360)1.2355-S7). DHA-2(1.2344-H13) and sometimes A7075.
Mold base from Kishin (Futaba), LKM or import.
Standard components from PCS, DME, Progressive, Misumi, Punch, or import (DME).
Hot runners from Mold Master, Oerlikon, Progressive, PCS, Yudo, Husky or import.
Texturing to Nihon Etching or VDI Standard.
Aluminum die casting (we design and make the tools)
Surface treatment: Nitride, TiN, TiCN.
Heat treatment: Oil, Vacuum.
