DAY 1 | GETTING CLOSER TO GO FURTHER
Day one ended with a warm dinner by Lake Michigan after a working session on development planning.
From a customer relationship, we realized we now have a mentor, a brother, who is ready to share and walk alongside us.
And we understand: To go far, you first need someone to guide the way.
Some meetings don't just open opportunities – they give us the confidence to keep moving forward.
DAY 2 | FROM SUPPLIER TO PARTNER
Morning – When a new customer calls us "partner"
A new customer spent nearly 2 hours with our 6 team members to learn about CNCTech.
And we were thrilled to hear:
"We don't want to develop CNCTech as a supplier. We want to work with you as a partner."
Not just words – they proactively sought ways to build a sustainable partnership, from sharing long-term plans to proposing flexible working models.
Afternoon – 1 year of effort, 1 breakthrough moment
The team continued with a sample evaluation meeting with another customer – a project that had been developed over the past year.
And the result made all the effort worthwhile:
"Everything is perfect. We will go ahead with big orders for 2027."
Especially, knowing that this product serves public health, our pride grew even greater – and so did our responsibility.
DAY 3 | CHOSEN
Woke up at 5 AM.
Traveled 4 hours to meet a "giant" in the Automotive industry.
From an expected 1-hour meeting, we had over 3 hours of discussion with 40 questions, 5 members onsite and 2 members online.
And right after the meeting:
CNCTech was chosen for them to develop as their first supplier in Vietnam.
We were surprised and impressed not only by the opportunity, but by the professionalism, kindness, and highly effective way of working of the people we met.
And the biggest lesson: To go far, you must keep learning from the best.

Three days.
Four meetings.
Three milestones.
But the greatest thing we brought back was not just orders or new opportunities.
It was confidence, growth, and courage.
Courage to step into the world.
Courage to be trusted.
Courage to become a partner.
And courage to keep raising ourselves to higher standards.
