The second week of USA trip 2026 took the CNCTech team across four U.S. states: Chicago, Nashville, Boston, and San Jose. Along the way, we visited six customers, explored their products and manufacturing processes, discussed real challenges, and gained valuable perspectives on what it means to build a strong, long-term partnership.
For CNCTech, these customer visits were more than business meetings. They were opportunities to understand how customers make their products, find our place within their value chains, and discover how we can improve optimization, quality control, communication, and collaboration.
Across the six visits, three core values stood out.

Understanding how customers create value
The first lesson was simple but fundamental: understand how customers make their products before determining how we can create value for them.
By learning more about our customers' products and manufacturing processes, we can better understand their requirements, identify our place in their value chains, and develop more suitable optimization and quality-control methods.
For a manufacturing company, being a reliable supplier is not only about meeting specifications. It also means understanding the context behind those specifications and how the products we manufacture contribute to the customer's final product.
This perspective is increasingly important for companies looking for a reliable Vietnam manufacturing partner that can contribute beyond production capacity.
The more we understand how our customers create value, the better we can understand where CNCTech can contribute.
From supplier to co-innovator
The second lesson came from the opportunities created through factory visits. When we meet customers directly and explore their products, processes, and previous issues together, conversations can go beyond current orders and open opportunities for future collaboration.

Grow opportunities with existing customers through factory visits → Co-create better products together → Move from “supplier” to “co-innovator.” These visits reminded us that a strong manufacturing partnership is not simply about receiving requirements and delivering products. It is about working together to understand challenges and find better solutions.

Understand the real issues and build trust
The third lesson was the importance of communication. Technical specifications, drawings, and quality reports are essential, but direct conversations allow both sides to understand the real issues more clearly.
During the visits, our teams had the opportunity to discuss challenges directly, examine details together, and work toward practical solutions. The experience reinforced a simple principle: understand the real issues → enhance communication → build trust.
And when we understand each other, collaboration becomes simpler and more effective.
Six customers, six priceless lessons
While these three values summarize what we learned, perhaps the most valuable lesson came from the attitude of American customers toward their suppliers. Six customer visits gave us six memorable examples of partnership.
Customer 1: making time for CNCTech
One customer's CEO and supply chain managers spent their entire Labor Day holiday afternoon with the CNCTech team simply because we could not schedule another suitable time.
For CNCTech, this was a meaningful reminder of the value customers place on their relationships with suppliers and partners.

Customer 2: three hours of deep discussion
Another customer gave us more than three hours to explore their products, analyze past issues, and immediately decide on future solutions. The discussion also resulted in KPIs for both sides, turning the conversation from identifying problems into taking concrete action together.
Customer 3: six years of quality
One customer continuously thanked CNCTech for six years of quality products. During the visit, we analyzed every detail together to find ways to make the collaboration simpler and more effective.
The experience reinforced the importance of maintaining quality and continuously improving throughout a long-term partnership.

Customer 4: from partners to friends
After an effective working session, another customer enthusiastically took the CNCTech team to dinner and toured San Francisco with us. What started as a business visit became an opportunity to connect on a more personal level.
For us, it was a reminder that successful long-term partnerships can grow beyond business transactions.

Customer 5: six years to develop one semiconductor product
One semiconductor product took six years to develop. That story taught us the value of patience and long-term partnership, especially when a product requires time, development, and continuous collaboration between customer and supplier.
Customer 6: passion behind the product
The sixth customer passionately shared the meaning behind their products and spoke about them with genuine pride. Their passion reminded the CNCTech team that behind every component and manufacturing process is a real product with a real purpose.
It also made us love our work even more.
Bringing the lessons back to CNCTech
Every trip leaves something behind. For CNCTech, the experiences in Chicago, Nashville, Boston, and San Jose were not only memories of customer meetings, but also lessons that can be brought back to our teams, factories, processes, and everyday work.
All of these experiences will be documented and shared across CNCTech as part of our mission to build our corporate culture. Because we understand that knowledge is only valuable when shared, and culture is only sustainable when lived every day.
The lessons from our customers should not remain with the people who made the journey. They should become part of how CNCTech communicates, manufactures, solves problems, improves quality, and works with customers.
Looking beyond the journey
USA trip 2026 – the courageous journey is more than a trip across the United States. It is a journey to meet, to learn, to grow, and to understand how we can reach further together.
We are grateful to all six customers who welcomed the CNCTech team and generously shared their time, knowledge, products, challenges, and experiences with us.
Thank you, USA Trip 2026.
Thank you, courageous journey.
