From the experience at FBC Asean 2026, together with broader observations of Japan's manufacturing industry, we identified four lessons that are increasingly relevant to manufacturers and global OEMs.

FBC Asean 2026 brought together nearly 1000 companies and organizations across manufacturing, AI and DX, robotics, aerospace, electronics, energy, and other industrial sectors. These observations lead to four broader lessons from Japan's manufacturing industry.
