In this event, the CNCTech Practice Center – College of Agricultural Mechanics was officially introduced, symbolizing the start of a long-term collaboration that aims to connect training with production and prepare the future high-tech workforce for Vietnam’s manufacturing industry.

Bridging Vocational Training and Real Production

The Practice Center was founded with the goal of narrowing the gap between vocational training and real-world manufacturing.

Here, students will have the opportunity to learn, practice, and gain hands-on experience in a modern industrial environment — where theoretical knowledge is transformed into technical skills through CNCTech’s production systems.

This model is expected to help students build a strong foundation for their future careers while enabling enterprises to access a pool of well-trained, industry-ready talent.

About the Agricultural Mechanical College

The College of Agricultural Mechanics is a national key vocational institution under the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, with more than 60 years of establishment and development.
The College has trained tens of thousands of engineers and skilled technicians in mechanical engineering, electrical and electronic technology, automation, and automotive engineering, contributing significantly to Vietnam’s industrial growth.

With the goal of becoming a regional center for high-tech vocational training in Northern Vietnam, the College continuously updates its curricula, invests in modern facilities, and expands cooperation with leading enterprises.
Within this strategy, CNCTech serves as a strategic partner for the 2025–2030 period, supporting modernization and improving training quality.

Strategic Roadmap for Cooperation (2025–2030)

In the cooperation period 2025–2030, CNCTech aims to strengthen its capabilities in high-tech manufacturing, automation, and smart production systems.
Along with technology investment, the company focuses on human resource development, recognizing that people are the key to sustainable growth.

From this vision, the Practice Center Project was built and divided into two key phases:

  • Phase 1 (2025–2026): Establish and operate the CNCTech Practice Center, organizing internship programs, career orientation, and skill training directly at CNCTech’s manufacturing site.

  • Phase 2 (from 2026 onward): Develop the center into a High-Tech Workforce Training Hub, focusing on precision machining, robotics, automation, and smart manufacturing.

In 2026, CNCTech plans to commission the training of 200 technical personnel from the College of Agricultural Mechanics.
This reflects the company’s growing demand for skilled labor and its confidence in the College’s training quality — while contributing to Phu Tho Province’s industrial transformation.

Partnership Built on Shared Vision

The collaboration between CNCTech and the College of Agricultural Mechanics is not only strategically significant for both sides but also contributes to a larger goal: developing a qualified technical workforce for Vietnam’s industrial transformation.
As Vietnam accelerates its integration into the global supply chain, aligning vocational training with the needs of industry becomes an essential direction for long-term development.

The model of training – practice – production introduced through this partnership is expected to form a comprehensive learning ecosystem, where technological knowledge is applied flexibly and effectively in real manufacturing settings.
This initiative also creates a sustainable foundation for workforce development and opens up solid career opportunities for future engineers and technicians.

Looking Ahead

The ceremony may have ended, but it marks the beginning of a promising journey — one where enterprises and educational institutions work hand in hand to shape the next generation of high-tech professionals.
Together, CNCTech and the Agricultural Mechanical College are committed to building Vietnam’s high-tech workforce, contributing to the advancement of the nation’s supporting industries in the years ahead.
