Mold Fabrication Services

CNCTech fabricates plastic molds and die casting tools for Motorcycles, Network Equipment, Electronic Appliances, and IoT Devices. We also welcome repairs and engineering changes on your existing tools.

 

Mold Materials

Tool materials: P20, HPM7, PAC500, FDAC, SS420, NAK80, Nimax, SKD61, S-Star, Stavax, Beryllium Copper, W360)1.2355-S7). DHA-2(1.2344-H13) and sometimes A7075.

Mold base from Kishin (Futaba), LKM or import.
Standard components from PCS, DME, Progressive, Misumi, Punch, or import (DME).
Hot runners from Mold Master, Oerlikon, Progressive, PCS, Yudo, Husky or import.
Texturing to Nihon Etching or VDI Standard.
Surface treatment: Nitride, TiN, TiCN.
Heat treatment: Oil, Vacuum.

Mold Sizes and Features

Plastic injection molds for up to 1200-ton press. We test all molds with our in-house molding capability.
Die casting tools for up to 800-ton press.
Insert molds (e.g. for pins or nuts) or over-molding tools for two-material parts.
Reverse ejection molds for cosmetic covers.
Family molds with runner-stop for low volume projects.
Mirror polished molds for turn signal light, tail light, and odometer.
