2008
Taking the first steps of its journey with a founding team of seven members

On May 27, 2008, seven young engineers from Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) founded G7 Technology Solution Co., Ltd. under Business Registration Certificate No. 0102034779, issued by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment. With a solid technical foundation and a global mindset, the founding team initially focused on CAM programming, serving clients and export projects for the U.S. market.

On October 29, 2008, the company relocated its headquarters to Binh Duong Province and established CNC Technology Solution Joint Stock Company (CNCTech) at Lot C, Road No. 2, Dong An Industrial Park, Binh Hoa Ward, Thuan An Town, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam, under Business Registration No. 0102817496 issued by the Binh Duong Department of Planning and Investment. This was the predecessor of today’s CNCTech Group.

2009
HR Training & Development Collaboration

In early 2009, CNCTech developed a human resource development strategy and signed a training partnership agreement with Dong An High-Tech Vocational College.

2010
Opened the first mechanical machining factory in Binh Duong.

In late 2010, CNCTech decided to open its first mechanical machining factory at Lot C, Road No. 2, Dong An Industrial Park, Binh Hoa Ward, Thuan An, Binh Duong.

2013
Established the first joint venture with Japan

In late 2013, CNCTech established its first joint venture with Japan in precision machining.

2014
Opened a new factory in Binh Duong.

Opened a new precision machining factory at Lot E, Road No. 2, Dong An Industrial Park, Binh Hoa Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province, now operating as CNCTech Binh Duong.

2015
Opened the first factory specializing in molding, plastic injection, and precision machining in Hanoi.

On May 6, 2015, Hanoi CNC Technology Investment and Development Co., Ltd. was established - the predecessor of today’s CNCTech Group Joint Stock Company (CNCTech Group). The Group invested in a supporting industry plant at Lot A1, Phung Town Industrial Cluster, Dan Phuong, Hanoi, offering a comprehensive suite of services, including tooling, plastic injection, and precision machining."

Developing the first 10 hectares of ready-built factory projects in Da Nang and Vinh Phuc.

On February 14, 2017, CNCTech Da Nang was established, headquartered at 50 Dong Du, An Hai Bac, Son Tra District, Da Nang City. The Group also inaugurated its factory on Road 118, Hoa Khanh Industrial Park, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City.

On April 18, 2017, CNCTech invested in a supporting industry factory and rental workshop project in Vinh Phuc. The project was developed on an area of 11,852 m2 at Ba Thien Industrial Park, Vinh Phuc.

On December 19, 2017, CNCTech Saigon was established at Lot HT4 - 9, D16 Street, Ho Chi Minh City Hi-Tech Park (SHTP), Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.

2018
CNCTech Accelerates the Expansion of its Industrial-Technology Ecosystem

Completed the M&A of VKX - a joint venture between VNPT and LG (South Korea) specializing in the electronics and telecommunications industry. Invested in the establishment of VINAM Oil Tools, Vietnam’s leading manufacturer of oil and gas extraction equipment. Furthermore, invested in the founding of SMCTech, a manufacturer specializing in precision stamping and sheet metal fiber laser cutting.

2019
Expanding High-Tech Footprint through International Investment and Strategic Partnerships

On January 28, 2019, in partnership with the SkyLight Group (Hong Kong), CNCTech opened the SkyLight factory at Binh Xuyen Industrial Park, Vinh Phuc province, specializing in camera manufacturing for the US and UK markets. By October 2019, the project’s maiden shipment was successfully exported to the United States.

On September 9, 2019, the Group inaugurated the CNCTech Saigon supporting industries factory within the Ho Chi Minh City Hi-Tech Park (SHTP).

On December 20, 2019, CNCTech partnered with the Mentech Group (China) to invest in a manufacturing facility at Binh Xuyen Industrial Park, Vinh Phuc, producing adapters, optical modules, and various optical and electronic components.

Also on December 20, 2019, CNCTech Group became the first Domestic Direct Investment (DDI) enterprise approved to invest in the Thang Long Industrial Park (Vinh Phuc), developed by Japan’s Sumitomo Group. This marked the establishment of the CNCTech Thang Long project.

2020
Continuing Robust Investment and M&A Activities

The Arts Group project was granted an investment certificate for the manufacture of eyewear frames and factory leasing. CNCTech completed the M&A of CNCVina, a leading Vietnamese enterprise in automation. Additionally, the Group acquired Framas, a high-tech German mold-making and plastic injection company, and VINECO - a joint venture between VNPT and NEC (Japan) specializing in electronics and telecommunications.

2021
Expanding into the logistics sector

Relocated the Group's industrial-technology headquarters to CNCTech Thang Long (Vinh Phuc), spanning 3 hectares and marking a strategic turning point in large-scale precision machining, mold making, and plastic injection. Established Pavana, the Group’s technological pillar and a pioneer in Vietnam's OEM/ODM sector. Additionally, CNCTech launched two bonded warehouse projects with VNPost, following DB Schenker (Germany) standards, in Vinh Phuc and Ha Nam. Covering a total of 7.6 hectares, these projects affirm the Group’s capacity to meet European standards in bonded warehousing.

Implementing large-scale industrial infrastructure projects and advancing further into the technology sector

Developing the 128-hectare CNCTech Ba Thien 1 Industrial Hub at Ba Thien 1 Industrial Park, Vinh Phuc. Signed strategic development agreements with Fuchuan (Foxconn) and the Accton Technology Group. Partnered with MK Hi-tek for research and development (R&D) of tech products. Intensifying international marketing activities to expand the Group’s global market footprint.

Celebrating the 15th Anniversary: Receiving the Third-Class Labor Order and the Government’s Emulation Flag

The year 2023 represented a strategic turning point for CNCTech, characterized by the development of several large-scale industrial infrastructure initiatives. Key projects included Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park (nearly 300 ha) and the Bac Giang International Logistics Center (66 ha), bringing the Group’s total land portfolio to more than 600 hectares. These operational successes, alongside rankings in the FAST500, PROFIT500, and VNR500, further bolstered CNCTech’s stature in the national industrial sector. To commemorate its 15th anniversary, CNCTech was distinguished with the Government’s Emulation Flag, while its leaders were formally awarded the Third-Class Labor Order.

2024
CNCTech: Strategic Restructuring and Comprehensive Breakthrough

2024 served as a pivotal milestone as CNCTech officially restructured into two main divisions - the Manufacturing Technology Division and the Industrial & Logistics Division - defining its Strategic Vision 2030 and laying the foundation for sustainable growth. CNCTech simultaneously executed several major strategic moves: breaking ground on the Bac Giang International Logistics Center, launching CNCTech Industrial, establishing CNCTech Japan, expanding SMCTech fivefold, and inaugurating the CIC Innovation Center. The Group also showcased its capabilities at M-Tech Nagoya and IMTS (USA), signed a strategic partnership with Sumitomo, and established business representative offices in the US and Europe. A highlight of the year was the unveiling of the six core corporate values: Happiness - Intelligence - Creativity - Understanding - Compliance - Breakthrough.

2025
Green & smart industrial ecosystem

2025 marked a period of robust growth for CNCTech across three core pillars: manufacturing technology, industrial solutions, and logistics services. This year saw the operational launch of key national projects, including the Bac Giang International Logistics Center (66 hectares in Bac Ninh) and the Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park (nearly 300 hectares in Phu Tho). CNCTech emerged as a potential partner for leading semiconductor corporations - such as Lam Research, Besi, and KLA - and deepened its presence in the aerospace supply chain by hosting Boeing and Onaga for AS9100 certification audits. Additionally, the Group successfully completed its public company registration (UPCoM). CNCTech Group now comprises over 11 subsidiaries and 5 affiliates, powered by a dedicated team of more than 2,000 CNCers.
