With the goal of strengthening its manufacturing capabilities and moving further up the global value chain in high-tech industries, CNCTech has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Makino (Japan), an internationally recognized brand in machine tools and precision machining solutions.

The partnership will focus on enhancing CNCTech’s integrated manufacturing systems through the adoption of advanced machining technologies and automation, thereby strengthening its ability to meet the stringent technical requirements of the Semiconductor and Aerospace industries.

Mr. Shotaro Miyazaki, President & CEO of Makino Milling Machine Co., Ltd., and Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, Chairman of CNCTech Group, sign a strategic partnership agreement aimed at advancing integrated manufacturing systems for high-tech industries.

Reaching the Next Level: Advancing Integrated Manufacturing Solutions for Semiconductor & Aerospace

One of the key priorities of the strategic partnership is to strengthen CNCTech’s capabilities in delivering Integrated Manufacturing Solutions for high-tech industries such as semiconductor and aerospace.

In the semiconductor sector, CNCTech aims to enhance its capabilities in manufacturing precision mechanical components for semiconductor manufacturing equipment—an area that demands extremely high levels of accuracy, process stability, and quality control.

For the aerospace sector, the partnership is focused on strengthening CNCTech’s ability to machine complex components with tight tolerances and stringent requirements for precision, durability, and operational reliability.

Accelerating Automation to Enhance Precision and Process Stability

For industries such as semiconductor and aerospace, maintaining consistent quality throughout the entire production process is a critical requirement.

Under the partnership framework, Makino will provide consulting on integrating automation and robotic solutions into CNCTech’s production lines, with the aim of reducing reliance on manual operations, improving control over process variation, and enhancing product consistency.

Greater automation is expected to help CNCTech address three key priorities simultaneously: improving quality – optimizing productivity – controlling costs. Highly automated production lines also provide a stronger foundation for stable operations, tighter process control, and a lower risk of defects.

This will be an important foundation for CNCTech to further strengthen its ability to handle highly complex machining requirements and meet the stringent expectations of customers in advanced industries.

The combination of Makino’s technology platform and international expertise with CNCTech’s manufacturing, machining, and large-scale execution capabilities is expected to create new value for both sides, while opening up more opportunities to participate in projects with demanding technical requirements and higher added value.

By continuing to invest in precision machining technologies, automation, robotics, and integrated manufacturing systems, CNCTech is steadily strengthening the foundation needed to move further into the supply chains of high-tech industries, with semiconductor and aerospace among its key focus areas.

The partnership with Makino therefore represents not only an advancement in technology and manufacturing capability, but also an important step toward realizing CNCTech’s goal of delivering high-value-added integrated manufacturing solutions to the global market.
