In the first half of August 2026, CNCTech welcomed a steady stream of international customers and business delegations to our manufacturing facilities in Vietnam, with visitors from markets including Brazil and the United States among them.
These visits brought together businesses at different stages of cooperation with CNCTech. While one delegation was exploring Vietnam as a potential manufacturing and supply chain location, another represented a long-term customer returning after two years of collaboration.
Together, these exchanges reflect how international businesses are exploring manufacturing in Vietnam not only as a way to access a growing industrial market, but also as part of their broader manufacturing and supply chain strategies.

From new supply chain opportunities to long-term partnerships
The recent visits represented two different starting points for international cooperation.

A Brazilian business delegation visited CNCTech while exploring opportunities to establish a local presence and develop a supplier network in Vietnam. The delegation included companies operating across electrical and electronics, telecommunications, electronic modules, and industrial solutions, including businesses connected to a technology ecosystem widely known as the “Silicon Valley of Brazil.”
For businesses evaluating Vietnam as a new manufacturing base, finding a supplier with proven capabilities and international experience is essential. CNCTech currently serves 300+ global customers across 35+ countries, supported by an integrated manufacturing ecosystem with 8 factories, 60,000+ m² of production space, and 400+ machining centers.
Their discussions with CNCTech focused on semiconductor and chip manufacturing, as well as opportunities to source components in Vietnam for machinery, equipment, and industrial systems. During the visit, the delegation showed particular interest in CNCTech's CNC machining capabilities, especially the High-Tech production area. The discussion has also moved beyond initial market exploration. Technical information for an electronic product has already been shared with CNCTech, and our team is currently assessing its manufacturability and technical fit within our production capabilities.
At the same time, CNCTech welcomed a long-term customer from the United States for a periodic visit to our manufacturing facility. After two years of collaboration, the visit provided an opportunity to review CNCTech's expanding CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication capabilities and discuss potential new projects and broader cooperation.
For CNCTech, the return of a long-term customer is more than a routine visit. It is a clear reflection of the trust built through two years of collaboration and the customer's confidence in continuing to explore new opportunities together as manufacturing needs evolve. Seeing our production capabilities firsthand also creates a valuable opportunity for both teams to exchange perspectives, strengthen understanding, and identify how CNCTech can support the customer's future requirements.
We see this continued engagement as a meaningful testament to the value of long-term manufacturing partnerships - built not only on production capabilities, but also on reliability, communication, and a shared commitment to creating greater value together.

The customer's expertise in industrial machinery and production systems for the packaging sector creates opportunities to combine their industry knowledge with CNCTech's manufacturing capabilities. We value the fact that an established customer continues to return to CNCTech as its requirements evolve, and we see this as a strong foundation for a deeper, long-term manufacturing partnership.
What recent customer visits focused on?
Recent discussions with international customers covered different aspects of manufacturing and potential cooperation, depending on their business needs.

CNC machining in Vietnam and high-tech manufacturing
The Brazilian delegation showed particular interest in CNCTech's CNC machining capabilities, especially the High-Tech production area. With 400+ machining centers across its manufacturing ecosystem and precision machining capabilities reaching tolerances as tight as 0.005 mm, CNCTech is equipped to support demanding com ponents for technology, semiconductor, and industrial applications.
Beyond individual machining processes, CNCTech combines precision engineering with scalable production capabilities and integrated manufacturing services, supporting customers from technical evaluation through production. This capability base is particularly relevant for businesses exploring Vietnam as a source of precision components for machinery, equipment, and industrial systems.
For the Brazilian delegation, the visit provided an opportunity to see how CNCTech's precision manufacturing capabilities in Vietnam could align with their future technical and supply chain requirements.
Sheet metal fabrication and new project opportunities
For the long-term U.S. customer, the visit focused on CNCTech's expanding capabilities in CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication, alongside discussions about potential new projects and opportunities for broader cooperation.
By combining different manufacturing capabilities, CNCTech can support customers across a wider range of component and production requirements while building longer-term relationships as a manufacturing supplier.
Technical exchange and manufacturability assessment
The Brazilian visit also progressed into a more specific technical opportunity. Technical information for an electronic product was shared with CNCTech, and our team is currently assessing its manufacturability and technical fit within our production capabilities.
These discussions give both sides an opportunity to better understand technical requirements, manufacturing possibilities, and potential areas for future cooperation.
Building connections beyond a factory tour
The value of a customer visit extends beyond what can be seen on the factory floor.
Direct conversations give customers an opportunity to meet the teams behind production, while CNCTech gains a better understanding of the technical, operational, and business requirements behind each project.
These exchanges can cover manufacturing processes, product requirements, quality expectations, production needs, and opportunities for future cooperation. For international customers, face-to-face communication can also create a stronger foundation for understanding how both teams will work together throughout a project.
CNCTech values this direct exchange as part of building long-term manufacturing relationships. Our experience with long-standing international customers has shown that sustainable manufacturing partnerships develop through continuous communication, mutual understanding, knowledge sharing, and the ability to respond as customer needs evolve.
The customer relationship is therefore not limited to a single factory visit or project. Each interaction can create an opportunity to identify new requirements, improve collaboration, and explore what both sides can develop next.

Looking ahead to new manufacturing opportunities
From businesses exploring Vietnam for the first time to customers returning after years of collaboration, recent visits to CNCTech reflect different stages of international customer engagement.
For new businesses, a factory visit can be the first step toward understanding Vietnam's manufacturing ecosystem and evaluating potential suppliers. For existing customers, returning visits can create opportunities to review expanded capabilities and discuss new areas of cooperation.
For international businesses looking for a manufacturing partner in Vietnam, these direct exchanges can be an important starting point for understanding a potential supplier's capabilities, technical expertise, and approach to collaboration.
CNCTech will continue to invest in manufacturing capabilities, technical expertise, and customer collaboration to support international businesses looking for reliable manufacturing solutions in Vietnam.
We are grateful to the customers and business delegations who have taken the time to visit our facilities, exchange ideas with our teams, and explore opportunities to work together.
