2008

Founded in Hanoi by seven young engineers from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, G7 originally operated out of a modest 20-square-meter office. On October 29, 2008, the company relocated to Binh Duong and was officially established as CNCTech.

2009

In early 2009, CNCTech formulated its human resource development strategy and entered into a training partnership agreement with Dong An Polytechnic High-Tech College.

2010

CNCTech opened its first mechanical processing plant at Lot C, Street No. 2, Dong An Industrial Park, Binh Hoa Ward, Thuan An, Binh Duong Province.

2013

Established its first joint venture with a Japanese partner in the field of precision machining.

2014

Opened a new precision machining plant at Lot E, Street No. 2, Dong An Industrial Park, Binh Hoa Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province, which is now known as CNCTech Binh Duong.

2015

On May 6, 2015, CNC Hanoi—now known as CNCTech Group—was established. The company opened a plant for mold making, plastic injection molding, and precision machining at Lot A1, Phung Town Industrial Cluster, Dan Phuong, Hanoi.

Developed 10 hectares of industrial facilities across Hanoi, Binh Duong, Da Nang, and Vinh Phuc, and established CNCTech Saigon at Lot HT4-9, D16 Street, Saigon Hi-Tech Park, Ho Chi Minh City.

2018

Completed a strategic M&A deal with VKX in the telecommunications electronics sector. Invested in the establishment of VINAM Oil Tools—the leading oil and gas extraction equipment manufacturer in Vietnam—and SMCTech, specializing in sheet metal stamping, bending, and laser cutting.

2019

Partnered with SkyLight Group to open an export-focused camera manufacturing plant, and with Mentech Group to produce power adapters, optical modules, and optoelectronic components. Inaugurated CNCTech Saigon at the Saigon Hi-Tech Park in Ho Chi Minh City, and established CNCTech Thang Long to invest in large-scale manufacturing in Phu Tho Province.

2020

Acquired CNCVina, a leading automation company in Vietnam; acquired Framas from Germany, specializing in molds and high-tech plastic injection molding; and executed an M&A deal with VINECO in telecommunications electronics.

Relocated the high-tech industrial division headquarters to CNCTech Thang Long, established Pavana as a pioneer in OEM/ODM services, and partnered with VNPost to develop 7.6 hectares of European-standard bonded warehouses in Vinh Phuc and Ha Nam.

2022

Developed a 128-hectare project at Ba Thien 1 Industrial Park (Vinh Phuc), partnered with Foxconn (Fuchuan) and Accton, collaborated with MK Hi-tek on technology product R&D, and accelerated international marketing initiatives.

2023

Expanded its industrial land bank for development and operation to over 600 hectares (notably Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park at nearly 300 hectares and Bac Giang International Logistics Center at 66 hectares). Ranked among the Top VNR500 and FAST500 companies, received the Government Emulation Flag, and saw its Chairman of the Board awarded the Third-Class Labor Medal.

2024

Established Vision 2030, unveiled six core cultural values, and broke ground on the Bac Giang International Logistics Center. Expanded SMCTech fivefold, launched the CNCTech Innovation Center (CIC), established CNCTech Japan, and placed sales representatives in the United States and Europe.

2025

Broke ground on Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park, partnered with leading semiconductor corporations, and welcomed Boeing and Onaga for AS9100 aerospace standard auditing. Completed public company registration on UPCoM, with the State Securities Commission officially confirming CNCTech Group's public status on December 26, 2025. By the end of 2025, CNCTech Group had invested in 11 subsidiaries and 5 affiliated companies, backed by a team of over 2,000 CNCers.
