Sales & Marketing Business Session | Aligning Strategies, Unlocking Opportunities, Driving Sustainable Growth

As part of CNCTech's Mid-Year Review Conference and Second-Half Business Planning, the Sales & Marketing Business Session brought together the Group's leadership, sales, and marketing teams to review business performance, analyze market trends, and align strategic priorities for the months ahead.

The session opened with an inspiring address by Chairman Nguyen Van Hung, who shared CNCTech's long-term vision amid the rapidly evolving manufacturing landscape. He emphasized the importance of commercial excellence, customer-centric thinking, and continuous innovation in strengthening CNCTech's position as a trusted global manufacturing partner.

Representatives from the Group's business units then presented their first-half business performance, sharing key achievements, market insights, and growth opportunities across different regions. These presentations provided valuable perspectives on current market dynamics and laid the foundation for more focused commercial strategies in the second half of the year.

Following the Chairman's opening remarks, representatives from CNC Vina and Vineco presented their first-half business performance and shared updates on their operational achievements. Despite a dynamic market environment, both companies have continued to strengthen their manufacturing capabilities, optimize operational efficiency, and maintain steady business growth. Their presentations also highlighted market insights, ongoing improvements, and future development priorities, demonstrating CNCTech Group's commitment to continuously enhancing its manufacturing ecosystem and delivering greater value to customers.

One of the session's highlights was the introduction of CNC Nexora by Associate Professor Dr. Mai Anh Tuan. With nearly 30 years of experience in teaching and research at Hanoi University of Science and Technology and the VNU University of Engineering and Technology, along with extensive involvement in semiconductor-related projects, Dr. Tuấn introduced CNC Nexora as CNCTech's next-generation R&D platform. By connecting the Group's manufacturing capabilities with universities, research institutions, and technology partners, the initiative aims to accelerate innovation in IC design, robotics, AI, unmanned systems (UUV/ROV), and semiconductor technologies, further strengthening CNCTech's technological foundation for the future.

The session continued with a presentation by Mrs. Nguyen Thi Dung, CEO of CNCTech Thang Long, who shared updates on the Group's continued investment in advanced manufacturing capabilities. Highlights included the deployment of nearly 20 high-end Makino and Hwacheon machining centers, dedicated to producing high-precision and highly complex components, as well as progress on the construction of the CNCTech Saigon High-Tech Factory, which will further expand the Group's manufacturing capacity.

Beyond manufacturing investments, Ms. Dung provided an in-depth analysis of market opportunities and potential risks across key industries, offering practical insights into evolving customer demands and industry trends. She also outlined strategic priorities and market development directions for each commercial team, enabling them to respond more effectively to changing market conditions and seize new business opportunities.

Closing the morning session, Mr. Dang Thanh Nhan, CEO of SMCTech, presented CNCTech's long-term strategic roadmap. He shared the Group's vision of evolving from a precision component manufacturer into a Turnkey Manufacturing partner capable of delivering integrated modules, systems, and complete manufacturing solutions. This transformation will be driven by continued investments in strategic sectors, including Semiconductor, Medical Devices, Aerospace, AI Infrastructure, and Automotive, reinforcing CNCTech's role within the global high-tech manufacturing supply chain.
