Currently, U.S. customers account for more than 20% of CNCTech’s total clientele, marking a growth of over 40% compared to the previous year. In the final days of 2023, CNCTech successfully manufactured and shipped a series of large molds, averaging 1.5 tons each, to the U.S. market. These molds were supplied to a leading multinational company specializing in the production and marketing of household appliances in the United States.

Meeting Strict Quality and Standards Requirements

With over 10 years of experience in mold manufacturing, CNCTech has primarily focused on molds adhering to Japanese standards. However, taking on mold orders from U.S. companies presented significant challenges while also opening up tremendous opportunities. These required flexibility and creativity in production. We had to tackle the challenge of meeting stringent quality standards while maintaining competitive pricing in the market.

From the arrangement of bolt positions to diameter and thread specifications, the system transitioned entirely from JIS standards to the Inc system. This necessitated adjustments in design, machining, and quality control processes to ensure the precision and consistency of the final product. With the mindset that "Nothing is impossible," we proactively sought and connected with new suppliers to source Inc-system components from abroad. We reached out to designated suppliers like Parker and Incoe to import hot runners and cylinders from the U.S.

While the initial steps felt unfamiliar, we now feel confident and proud of overcoming this new challenge, marking a breakthrough in CNCTech’s mold-making journey. Using high-quality stainless steel, every detail was meticulously crafted, resulting in T0 sample products that exceeded expectations in aesthetic and functional quality. At that moment, all the tireless efforts seemed to pay off. Our team of engineers and experts smiled with pride and joy, celebrating not only the achievement but also the courage to think big and act boldly, pushing beyond limits.

Before packaging and shipping the molds to customers, our experts meticulously inspected every detail of the molds to ensure their components operated smoothly. Additionally, we provided backup kits and a list of component suppliers, enabling customers to easily purchase and replace parts during future production.
