1-3 days lead time (low volume)
We mill and turn low quantities of parts very quickly. Typical volume can be a few to a few dozen pieces. Manufacturing times are 1 to 3 business days for the materials in stock that do not require heat treatment.
One very typical example is what we have been doing for one client based in Nagoya, Japan. We receive their design in the morning, then machine and ship the part by 5PM of the same day. The customer gets their parts by 12PM the next day at their door.
1 dedicated account manager
We assign a dedicated personnel who will be with you along the way. She or he is usually from our shop floor and has a good understanding of our manufacturing processes and materials. This account manager will get support from operations team for sub-contractors and logistics management.
